BY MAIL:

The HealthBridge Alliance will soon be offering online registration for the F.I.R.S.T. Workshop. Until then, please follow the following steps:

1. Click here to download the F.I.R.S.T. Workshop registration form. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to open and print the form - if you don't have Acrobat, click here to download a free copy.
2. Print out the form, fill it out, and mail it with your check for payment to: HealthBridge Alliance, 1600 Downing St, Ste. 490, Denver, CO, 80218. Alternately, you can fax your form to 303-643-5663 and send your check separately to the address above.

ONLINE:

Simply head to our F.I.R.S.T. Workshop schedule, select a training, and click on the link underneath that date. You will be taken to a secure website where you can pay your tuition with a credit card.

Child Protection Professionals wishing to register for the F.I.R.S.T. Workshop should register through the Colorado Department of Human Services training services website. To register for a training, you will need to go to www.cocwtraining.com, “create an account”, and then “sign up for a class”. Click here to be taken to that page, where you can find the F.I.R.S.T. Workshop either by date or by searching by topic for "Cross System Training and Additional Topics". If you are not a county or state employee, you will also need to send the workshop fee directly to: Health Bridge Alliance, 1600 Downing St., Ste. 490, Denver, CO 80218.
